I had a Social Security Disability case that I honestly didn’t think I’d ever “win” (receive a favorable decision). My case was not your “ordinary ” disability case. It was denied twice by the same Administrative Law Judge (even after being sent to the Appeals Committee and Appeals Committee overturned).
